The Fern Redux shawl is worked from the center of the wingspan outward. Increases placed on every row form the shawl’s shallow triangular shape. The hex fern lace patterning is worked on right side rows only.
Featured Yarn: 4 skeins Lion Brand Yarn, Hue + Me; 137 yards, 125 grams, CYC #5; 80% Acrylic / 20% Wool; Color: DesertNeedles: US 11 47” circular needle. Adjust needle size to obtain correct gauge.
Gauge: Pre-blocking - 12 sts & 18 rows = 4” in St st
Post-blocking - 10 sts & 16 rows = 4” in St st
Notions: 1 locking stitch marker, 1 closed ring (standard) stitch marker.
