🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Free Shipping:
Orders of $75 or more (before tax and discounts) containing only Wool Honey yarns ship free to U.S. addresses.

Shipping Times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our Long Island, NY studio within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Collective Items:
Items marked as “Collective” ship directly from our partner brands. These products are not eligible for free shipping and will incur separate shipping charges at checkout. You may receive multiple packages if your order contains both Wool Honey yarn and Collective items.

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
