The Playground Cardigan - Knitting Pattern

Colorful and fun, Mandala Impressions is the perfect match for the Playground cardigan. This simple sweater is easy for your little one to wear and move around in. The bulky weight yarn means this project will go from WIP to FO in practically no time. You might find yourself knitting more than one!

Please remember that the sizes in this pattern are a guide based off industry standards provided by the Craft Yarn Council. All babies will grow at a different rate, and usually very quickly! When in doubt size up! Also keep in mind the length can easily be adjusted, but may require a bit more or less yardage.

Sample sweater is shown in the 24-30 month size on a 2-year-old.

Needles: 

• US size 10.5 (6.5mm), straight or circular
• US size 11 (8mm), straight or circular

Gauge: 12 sts & 15 rows = 4” in stockinette with US 11 (larger) needle

To Fit Sizes: 0-3 (3-6, 6-9, 9-12) [12-18, 18-24, 24-30, 30-36] months

Finished Chest Size: 17 (18, 19, 20) [21, 22, 23, 24]”
