Needles: US size 7 / 4.5mm 32” circular needle and set of DPNs for body and sleeves; US size 8 / 5mm 32” circular needle for hem

Gauge: 16 sts & 26 rnds = 4” in stockinette on smaller needles *st gauge is more important than rnd gauge

Notions: Yarn needle for weaving ends; 4 pieces of scrap yarn or stitch holders

The Piedmont raglan sweater is worked in the round from the bottom up. This design was worked in a cotton blend yarn from Lion Brand. With the fiber content of the yarn and the shortened sleeve length, this piece works well as a transitional sweater. Sleeves are worked in stockinette while body is worked in reverse stockinette.
